What does the free check do?
Type your business and your town, and we ask ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews 5 questions a new customer would ask: 15 answers, about two minutes. You see every answer word for word, with your name marked where it appears. No account, no card.
What happens every Monday on a plan?
The same questions go out again, on a bigger sample. You get the count of answers that named you, the usual range around it, and every answer kept word for word. One mail tells you when the week is ready.
Which assistants do you ask?
Every check asks ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. An assistant with no interface we can ask is skipped and named as skipped, and the methodology page keeps the live list.
Starter asks 3 assistants: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews 3 times each, every Monday. Growth asks 5 assistants: ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews 3 times each, Grok and Claude once each, every Monday.
Why a range and not one number?
Because a weekly count moves on its own, even when nothing about your business changed. The usual range says how far it tends to move, so you react to real change instead of noise. The worked example is on the methodology page.
What do the plans cost?
Starter is €29 a month. Growth is €59 a month.
VAT is shown at checkout as an amount in euro, never a rate. Both plans are monthly, and the pricing page has the full comparison.
How do I cancel?
From your billing page: Cancel subscription, then Confirm cancellation. Two clicks, no reason asked, nothing in the way. The checks run to the end of the month you have paid for, and everything collected stays readable.
What is the 14 day withdrawal right?
EU consumer law: for 14 days after subscribing you can withdraw without giving a reason. Because the checks start at once with your consent, you owe the part already delivered and nothing more. The button sits on your billing page under the cancel button, and a mail to [email protected] inside the window does the same thing.
Do you guarantee that AI picks me?
No, and nobody honestly can: nobody controls what an assistant says. Anyone who sells you a position in an AI answer is selling a number they invented. We measure instead, show you every answer, and make stopping as easy as two clicks.
Where does my data live?
On servers inside the EU, at OVH in France. The GDPR page lists what we store, why, and how to have it corrected or deleted.
Which languages does PicksYou speak?
English, across the site, the reports and the mails. The questions we put to the assistants are in English too.
How many businesses fit on one account?
Up to 5. Each business has its own plan, its own Monday check and its own receipts, and one sign in sees them all.
